Hair Salon Membership Program! Here are some frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit and ensure an enjoyable experience with us.
- We offer two subscription tiers: $45 and $85.
- All blowouts come with a hair wash and a relaxing head massage. Additional treatments like K18 hair repair, conditioning, or detox treatments are available for $15-25.
- Our stylists are specially trained in handling hair extensions, ensuring careful washing and drying to protect the bonds. This service is excellent for detangling and maintaining extensions.
- You can certainly request specific styles. Whether you prefer beachy waves or silky smooth finishes, just let your stylist know your preference.
- The $45 plan covers one service up to $65. Our gel manicure costs $50. Gel polish removal, including buffing, is an additional $20, which would fall under the $85 plan.
- We use an array of premium brands: Maria Nila from Sweden, Neuma from the USA, and Yon-ka from France. We also feature specially curated Canadian-made products.
- Our salons are located at 616 View Street and 313 Cook Street in Victoria, BC. Hair services are available at both locations, but beauty services, including the membership benefits, are exclusively at our Cook Street salon with a spa.
- We provide courtesy confirmations, but it’s important for clients to keep track of their appointments and arrive punctually.
- We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. The first late cancellation is forgiven, but subsequent late cancellations will result in forfeiture of that month’s service.
- Traffic delays happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service without impacting the next guest. Arriving over 15 minutes late will count as one of your monthly services.
